I was wondering how many of you guys out there have pics of the aircraft in the collection at Wright Pat when they were still in service. I'd love to see Dream Girl, and some of the others.

I've seen pics of the original "Dream Girl" in Korea, but I don't know if it's the same airframe as the one displayed in the museum.

Here are some pics I've collected of my personal favorite..the NMUSAF's politically incorrectly named B-24D 8) (I may have gotten some from this forum..my apologies if I'm posting somebody else's pics.) I'd love to find more wartime shots of her nose art. I've heard second and third-hand stories that the bathing suit was painted on for her return to the States, and she actually went to combat au naturale.

That is awesome. I heard rumors, but there are a good amount of pics of her with the bathing suit while still over seas. As for the A-26, according to the Registry it is the real Dream Girl.
