Howdy All

This P-40N is actually an 8th FS/ 49th FG machine, but it looks like JF has applied 7th FS/ 49th FG markings

During WW2 Many 49th FG P-40N's had dual nose art
The Pilots would have their own Noseart on the left hand Cowl while the Crew Chief's would have the right hand side to paint what they wanted.

He choose 7th FS over 8th FS at the last moment so he could put his wife's
name on the a/c ie "Suzy"
