Imagine my surprise when I look up, and in the initial is a 2-ship of F-4's! Ten minutes later...another 2-ship! Followed by almost a dozen F-15C & E's and a NATO AWACS for good measure. I'm hearing Mountain Home AFB had a jet that had to catch the cable and they had to divert everything in the air to Boise.
Boise had F-4's back from the 70's until 1996 so seeing those guys come in bring back some memories!
I haven't been on WIX in months but I just had to tell someone who else who might actually understand why I'm so excited! :D

They came in at 5 last night, and as far as I know they have yet to leave. They parked them in front of the C-130 hangars. Haven't been to the airport yet.
