2008 Duxford Airshow DVD's??

Does anybody know if the Flying Legends DVD is out yet? I ordered mine and haven't heard or seen anything yet.....

I'm pretty sure the Flying Legends DVD is in PAL, correct? I know it was only offered in PAL format for the last few years. I think they're missing out on a fairly large market by not also offering it in NTSC.

Well, isn't that interesting!
Maybe if I ordered the one on eBay I will get it faster than the one I pre-ordered back on July 22 after a post here on WIX by the seller?
Had a similar problem when I ordered "A Spitfire's Story", about MH434, from him a year or so ago. Back then he 'lost' my address and the record of the sale. This time his response to me is that they are/were having trouble with the US format with the Legends '08 title ... I'd have never known that (look up "customer service", my friend) if I didn't email the seller well AFTER the DVD was advertised to be shipped.
Yeah, I know, "Fool me twice, shame on me ..."
There won't be a third.
If anybody gets their copy, please describe what's on it so I can 'imagine' the contents ...

For what it's worth, I bought a copy of "A Spitfire's Story" off eBay from him and received it a week later, in the correct (USA) format.

Then I see them on eBay, and I still don't have mine - now I'm a two-time miffed customer!
BTW, I only air this "dirty laundry" because it was a post here on WIX that led me to make my pre-order in July. I was a little leery remembering my first purchase with this seller, but I bit anyway since the product is really good - but only if you can get it!

I tried to open a PayPal dispute, and I'm too late (past 45 days). That's the thanks I get for a good-faith pre-order ... IN JULY ... after a post here on WIX.

Good advice, but I paid via my PayPal funds, so I have no recourse. Peeves me off that I was strung along past when I could dispute the charge, a'la credit cards, but live and learn.
Again, great products, but twice now for me very sloppy service. I simply refuse to further subsidize that.

I've just refunded your money. Just e-mailing me and asking for a refund would have done it instead of all this bad mouthing on the forum.
Same goes for anyone that wants a refund. We are working hard to make sure that you in the USA get a high quality product but as I have replied to some of you we are having problems making an NTSC transfer that matches our high standards.
If you don't want to wait then I'm happy to refund anyone.
