Those are just exceptional photos Mike, almost too accurate to WWII fashion to fathom - the closest I've seen a Mustang look to being brought right out of 1944 Europe. I especially like how the backdrop and pilot have been suited to match the aircraft spot on. Thank you for sharing the photos and for your tremendous amount of work to produce this reincarnation of the past. I'm hoping to see continued coverage of this aircraft, and I really hope to get the chance to see it in person again.

So. My question is, when is that thing gonna be down TX way again?

The best air to airs I have seen all year. period.

Superb, especially as the pilot is wearing what appears to be the correct WW2 kit, and not a ******* bonedome :)

Great work fella, great work!

Looks great except the blue in the sky is the wrong shade.
Wait, wrong thread.
Now where is the Bald Eagle Aviation thread.

It certainly is the finest Mustang restoration I have ever seen. Looks amazing in these photos but even better on the ground with all the panels off! Thanks for posting these Mike.

Amazing shots. Is HJGB going to be a regular airshow attendee next year?
