Great photo...As a Corsair fan, I've always found it amazing that the only Navy ace/ only nightfigher ace/ and only ace to fly a prop-driven aircraft was a Corsair driver. That of course being Guy Bordelon...neat site detailing his exploits http://www.acepilots.com/korea_bordelon.html

Don't know about a Corsair but I haver heard a rumor about a buried FM-2 Wildcat in a certain New England city dump.....

Is there a board here about rumors like that? I know of three that were told to me directly by people claiming that they had seen particular aircraft in particular parts of the world. I consider them different from the friend of a friend told my cousin that his former uncle watched while blah blah blah.
