We actually have had really good service from our NC8. It comes in really handy since it does AC and DC.

Al, Lone Star's Coleman is creeping back from the grave. I'm kinda on the fringes of the self appointed motor pool crew and am learning a lot about that monstrosity. The Dodge 318 is indestructible as long as it has oil. It runs now with a 73 Cuda Carter BBd carb. The Allison T540 trans seems to be salvageable. The guys had to hotwire start it since there are numerous electrical gremlins. It move fore and aft but with no brakes. The diffs had Gulf of Mexico in them to the top. Brakes are about in the same situation as yours.
We need to get on the same page with repairs. One of us may stumble on to something that may save the other's day. We gotta have it-its the only thing that can pull the B-17.
Do you have any spare parts that you don't need? Know anyone who does?

Al, do you know anything about servicing the wheel hubs on the Coleman?
