Bill...

So, went down to the post office to pick up a package today....and this kid outside asked me if I had registered to vote yet....which I had'nt....and so I did....and he wrote me out a receipt for my registration, which I looked at when I got home.....turns out the kid's name on the receipt was Kyle Greenwood....dare I ask if this was your son?

Mark

Mark, we'd never ask you to register because you are on the wrong side. No, not Repulsican or Demoncrat, but because you are misguided enough to like Corsairs more than Spitfires. Repent, ye sinner!

Ok, seriously my Sons are David the younger who is here now, and Charles the older one who is at CU law school. Man if you want to feel old, go out to Reno and see Steve Hinton's son who was about 8 or 9 years old when I last saw him in the back of a POF P-47 that Steve flew into Nellis. Now he is a lot taller then Steve, was doing the engine checks on Strega, and flying other Warbirds in the race. And he didn't need glasses to read the settings on the valve gap feeler gauge.

Is it time for someone to post that pic from several years ago of him dressed as an Elf? I think it was a halloween or christmas card photo..

Bill,
I remember back when Steveo was put in a walker for the 1st time. It was in the Fighter Rebuilders shop with the large doors facing the South. Even back then, 1st time on wheels and he fire-walled it and went off the edge of the shop floor, which was elevated about 10", and cartwheeled onto the ramp.
I guess I'm an old timer now.
Rich
