I think this is going to a different facility. There is a Beijing Aviation Museum (the one with the P-61) and the press release said this aircraft is going to the China Aviation Museum in Beijing.
If you do a quick google search, you will see that it is two different museums. The China Aviation Museum is 40 miles North of Beijing, and the Beijing Aviation Museum is located as part of the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. The China Aviation Museum has the majority of its aircraft indoors, where the Beijing Aviation Museum has all of its aircraft like the P-61 outdoors.
