Sunday's game is dedicated to the U.S. Military Forces that have served or are still serving in missions around the world. Representatives from the four branches of the Military (Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines) will be honored during the pregame ceremony immediately before the National Anthem, which will be performed by the Air Force Academy Band - Blue Steel. An American flag 60 yards in length, covering three-fourths of the football field and taking 150 people to display will be unfurled on the field during the anthem. In the sky after the anthem, the B-2 Spirit Bomber from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri will perform a fly over. Fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 1:45 p.m. so as not to miss any of the pregame festivities, which will include performances by the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders, Junior Cheerleaders, fireworks and a 10,000-balloon release.
