I've got this great Armor diecast model of "Ole Yeller", that I would love to have him sign.

Of course not, that would have been to easy.

Would that be contact info for him, or just some company?

I think you can contact him through them- looks like he is the figurehead for the site: but no real idea.

So far as I know, he does not correspond via email.

The only way I've ever been able to contact him is via phone.
