It's a dual control trainer.

bdk is correct. A dual control trainer converted by Temco.
When did Temco do these conversion & how many??
The plane was built as 44-84655. I'm guessing the serial # 0-484655 means "Obsolete". It almost looks like the serial # and sharks mouth are photo shopped or something?

nope - not shopped - this is the livery it got before delivery to Nicaragua as "GN98" on 20th February 1958 - used to be N74045 - returned to the U.S. and re-registered N6362T, and then sent South again, this time to the Bolivian AF as "FAB-510" on 10th June 1966 - after severely damaged in a mishap in Bolivia, it later was given to / stayed at Cavalier as hulk when they (the FAB) got 'new' Cavaliers in th FY 67 serial-range - no further trace - therefore 'consumed' in the Cavalier programme as parts source.
This a/c had seen service with the 120th FS CO ANG, 187th FS WY ANG, 192nd FS NV ANG, 153rd FS MS ANG, and 167th FS WV ANG (there nicknamed "Toulouse Nuts")

Here are two photos, scanned from duplicate slides, of 44-84655, N74045, taken by Vince Reynolds in LaPort, IN sometime in November 1963.
These were after the aircraft returned the lst time for Latin America and it assumed its previous N number.

What gets me is how the seller is trying to push it as a Circa 1944 pic!
