I just checked in on the Caringbridge.org site for Jen's most recent journal post, about an hour and a half ago.
Snort flew in to see Alan and was the highlight of Alan's day. Good timing Snort.
Alan is still having breathing difficulty but this p.m. Jen said that " he's getting so much more movement in his arms..."

That's encouraging news. I wish him all the best.

Thank you for the update.

I just received this in an email from ICAS:

FRIENDS, COLLEAGUES PLAN BENEFIT AIR SHOW FOR ALAN HENLEY

As Henley begins his physical therapy and recovery, his friends and colleagues have scheduled a benefit air show for April 18 and 19, 2009 at Cecil Field in Jacksonville, Florida. Scheduled to immediately precede Sun n Fun in Lakeland, Florida, the show will raise money for Alan's medical, recovery and family expenses. Keep an eye on future issues of Fast Facts for additional details.
