Dan K, Great shots of Joshua! Way to go Dad!

Spooky, I love your photo work but don't burn yourself out. We do this for fun, remember.
Well...I did ask for a shot of Thunderbird.....

They belong to the AirVenture Museum and they have them outside behind the place. None of them currently fly.

Hey, I'm back!

The gathering was a blast. It was great to meet you guys! Once again it's crept just past 3am and i'm trying to make up for no pictures yesterday. I've got a few party shots but it's fair to say we'd all rather see planes, right?

This batch is for the Trojan lovers out there.

The DeHavalind Mosquito is owned by Kermit Weeks, it has been in Oshkosh since it arrived in the US. The other billions of mosquitos up there are the Wi airforce.

Been there more times than most, flown there, done that and my wife already threw away the hat... Thanks for thinking of me though! I certainly would have joined you guys for the photo had I been there.

bdk Sr. may go up for a day, but he is 2200 miles closer.

Dan K,

Great shots. Thanks for posting all those. It makes me feel like I was almost there. I don't feel so far away from Oshkosh anymore.

Cheers,

David

Not seeing much concerning the Roush P-51B. Is it not in a good spot for photos or is it just that "Impatient Virgin" is getting all the attention instead?

Thank you Dan for taking the pictures and also for sharing them with those of us who cannot be there.

All the best from warm and wet UK, Tony

Aw shucks, Brandon. You know I'm just pickin' on you a little.

We'll always have the humidity, but the temps never broke out of the 80's. No storms. No mosquitos (on the ramp anyway). Gasoline prices dropping. Bluebirds singing. It was a good week.

Hi guys,

I would like to publicly thank both JD (Jim Dale) from Rod Lewis's shop and John Muszala from Pacific Fighters. They both let my 10-year old son Skyler sit in a Spitfire Mk. Vb and a P-51B Mustang cockpit and pose for pictures.

My son has been to Oshkosh 7 times and he says this is the best yet.

Thank you gentlemen, I appreciate your kindnesses.
