Bell aircrafts companys personal hack, then Bill Ross. owned for many years by Dan Chevatal, damaged in a hangar fire, sold to Wally Fisk, then to Brian Reynolds and now maybe part of the Chapman collection

On the P-51 I beleive that's a rack over the radios for the pilots dittie bag ect.

The rear fuselage looks longer by a foot or so than normal. Did they put a little plug in there?

The Warbird Registry is right on this one in the photograph, NX41964.

But wasn't there a sister ship P-63E with the piggyback configuration and registration NX41963? It may be 43-11734, and be the ex-Chavatal, Wally Fisk, Brian Reynolds, and now Chapman Cobra.

Who knows more and can update?

43-11734 is owned by Bruce Pruett and the aircraft is currently in storage in Northern calif.

Wonder what this does to the CG ?
