Any of you Phili-area types going to be there? I'll be heading out to see my friend Bob Hill flying the Belle this weekend. Any other WIXers going? Is this the airport that Jim Beasley has his stuff? Any other warbirds there?

Rich

Rich -- this is where Rich and I are housed and there is a T-6 and Stearman here too, but on the east side of the field. See you this Sunday - jb

I may have to wonder up to the airport on Sunday. I only live about 5 miles from it. It would be nice to see Liberty Belle again!

Sure, everyone avoid me, see if I care!

Looks like I'll be going Saturday as I'm supposed to pick up a bedroom set on Sunday (off ebay).

Nothing personal Rich, really ....

I've got a race Saturday but will be there Sunday. If anybody from WIX comes here, our hangar is on the western-most part of the field. You can't miss it. All of Rich's junk and McGyverisms are surrounding the hangar. And of course the Mayor Levy parking sign which mysteriously appeared after the Atlantic City airshow. Stop in and say hi

Rich DO NOT take it apart. Please. For that matter don't even look at it. Please. People have been waiting a long time for a ride in it

Jim,
I meant the industrial set.
Not the one you, uhmm, bought from the ad in the back of that magazine.

Had a great half-day with pilot Bob Hill and "Liberty Belle" (along with Dave, John, and Don). Nice weather, and an 87 year old vet who's last flight in a B-17 was ditching in the English Channel who took to the skies in the historic Fort (name to come, will have to get it from Bob or the local news).
