Anyone down there? Im just keeing up with the storm heading your way! Its been years since I've been down there, are there any planes still left out on the ramp at the old CAF headquarters?

I may get to find out tomorrow. CAP's been put on alert with the TX Nat'l Guard, so we'll see if anyone actually gets called up. Right now the track (and strength) indicate a minimal response will be all that's necessary with most of the impact being in low-density population areas.

I was at the HRL airport back in Feb. with time to kill so walked over to the old big hanger. The ramp gate (Security?) was standing wide open so I walked into the hanger and looked around. Fed EX uses it to hold shipments behind a chain link fenced in area. Only an old sign on the doorway to the old tech library area remains. No warbirds or parts left laying around. Kinda sad.
