L188. I saw it again almost exactly 2 years later on one of its last revenue operations before it was finally retired for good. It's an ex-Zantop aircraft but by the time I saw it the first time in 2002 it was being operated by another company, HMZ.

I've only got this picture from when it snowed (which is a big deal in Seattle). The Space Needle is only a few blocks behind but not visible due to the "blizzard".
Not a dream job but it's paying the bills and allowing me to travel for my airshow activities.

I'll do you one better. Evergreen 747-100F, both main tanks on the right wing suspect and they wanted 150,000 LBS. During PEAK.
Or my "pride and joy" fuel - same company, sister aircraft, a year later & the helper (who had been fueling for 6 months and never at Cargo) decided to not pay attention and was just letting the "automatic" system fuel. He only stopped when he couldn't lower the lift on Tanker 14 (the big one) any further and was having to stoop to stay under the wing. I looked over from across the ramp and he's got the danged thing leaning like nothing else. He figured the "automatic" system would close off the tanks to keep them even not understanding (and not listening to what we told him before he went to fuel the plane) that the "automatic" system would only shutoff when the total said the amount he dialed in. I spent the next 45 minutes transferring fuel from the flight deck to re-balance the airplane. Thankfully he didn't overfuel it or else I would have really had a cow. Funniest part was the crew driving up, about die when they see the plane leaning like it was, then the FE coming up and finding me there already fixing the problem and just laughing when I told him what happened. Apparently it wasn't the first time he'd had it happen.

Mike,
When were you at the 89th? I was there from 1968 to 1975. Do you get back to the reunions?
