User ID filters on the forums

A new feature on some forums allows you to essentially block some user comments and posts based on user id criteria in your profile.
I was just wondering whether any of this is available on WIX, or if it is worth considering as a new feature enhancement for the future.
I realize that it may be counter to the openness and general friendliness of a forum, but I see that there could be times when it might be necessary.
