I shot this as I was starting up this afternoon at the Biplane Fly-In at Bartlesville, Ok. Sorry I didn't take more or better photos, I was trying to get off the apron without running over spectators.

Sorry to say, I didn't get a bureau number or N-number when I was there. We were so busy getting our airplane out of the hangar and fueled so I could head to Houston that I forgot I had the camera. Hence the crappy photo I posted. There is a Wildcat in northeast Oklahoma (I think it's an FM-2) that has been restored to flight quite recently, and it may be that this is the one.

I believe airshow performer Greg Shelton now owns and operates it. He's based in Collinsville, OK.

Though I remember seeing the Wildcat added to his ad in Airshows mag, his site doesn't have the plane listed... http://www.gregsheltonairshows.com/

He's listed with it at TOM 2008.

Looks like Chad and Ryan solved the puzzle. I had never tracked down who owned the airplane now, but Collinsville would be the right address for the airfield it's kept at.

Scott, it's the Collinsville one. It was here at Tulsa International doing some test flights about 6 weeks ago.

Yep. It was at RL Jones also with Ike and Trent doing high speed fly-bys when Liberty Belle was in town (Tulsa). Nothing like watching planes flying 325+ across the deck at about 50ft or less right in front of you!!

That's her Alan. I believe the Wildcat was owned by John Hooper at the time. Based somewhere in Lousiana.
