Any idea on asking price?

I'm guessing in the $500,000.00us range.

It appears as if someone could make a small fortune on this one...

provided one started with a LARGE fortune!

It is in lovely shape compared to some projects I've been seeing.

Doug Arnold... Spoke briefly with him once when I took a little trip to England in 1980 and went to the Blackbushe Airport to see N9494Z Laiden Maiden of the Catch 22 fame which was slowly decaying on the field, and N9115Z he had tucked away in a hangar there. Mr. Arnold, was in an adjacent hangar, and was in my opinion acting preclular, mysterious if your will. Mr. Arnold, though pleasant, spoke with me, in an odd manner, He had his head sticking out between the hangar doors, with the doors pulled closed to his neck to preclude anyone from looking inside the hangar, though I did get a quick glimps of a Mosquito his crew was working on. I asked if I could take a picture of the plane to which he replied "What mosquito?" I said "the one behind you". To which he replied "you are mistaken young man.." and with that he was gone back behind closed doors. I know dayumed good and well it was a mosquito.. I have wondered many times just what else he had in that hangar.
