Hi everyone!

We are pleased to announce the new website for the Warbirds Unlimited Foundation, Inc. based in Mesa, AZ. You may know us best for our North American B-25H Mitchell "Barbie III"... and this is the start of a whole new era for the group!

The website can be found at http://www.warbirdsunlimited.org

WIX Associate Editor Ryan Keough (http://www.ryankeough.com) designed and will be maintaining the site for us, so I am sure you'll be hearing more as things develop!

Eventually our old website and address will forward to the new site... but bookmark the new site address as it's easier to remember and type!

We are currently offering flights aboard Barbie III through the end of May in Mesa and even have a special "away" visit to Lake Havasu City, AZ scheduled for rides next week... so join us if you are in the area!

Make sure to sign up for our enewsletter when you visit the site... that way you'll stay up to date on what's going on with our growing foundation! We are here for the long-run and hope to grow more and more each year!

Keep 'em flying!

We'll be adding those soon... Scott Germain did a fantastic shoot a few weeks ago with Barbie III and we'll be putting those on the site (with credit to him and Light & Lift). Scott is a real pro and a super nice guy and we are so glad to have his work as part of the site.

Thanks for the great comments... if there are any thoughts on how to improve the site, please make a note here!

By the way, Ryan is available for contract web work... he was unfortunately laid off last week (with his whole department) and has been pounding the pavement looking for a new full time gig with an aviation company as a Marketing Manager or the like...

Thanks everyone!

Keep 'em Flying

I really miss Barbie flying around chicago, especially on Memorial Day. I've got a pic with my chevelle from several years ago. Maybe I'll try to dig one up and scan it.

Don't mean to hijack this thread, but, helping a fellow gain or stay employed is as important as keeping Barbie flying, at least to me.

Ryan,

Great job with the website, sorry to hear that you have been let go from your current position. I believe we our re-vamping our website and may have jobs posted that match your skills. I encourage you to look at the jobs posted at Jeppesen.com, virtual workers are now becoming the norm, so relocation to Denver may not be required for some of the positions. If you see something or need more details about a posting, PM me to establish contact info. I would gladly hand carry your resume in to our HR dept.

Warren

It is, but is not actively being marketed or aggressively priced. The pricing was set at a level that the group thought would appropriately reimburse the initial restoration.
