4 into 1 exhaust

I know a fella who's currently building some sort of Formula One air racer  and he's looking for a set of 4 into 1 exhaust for it. Naturally, it must fit an 0-200. Would anyone here happen to have any leads on such an exhaust system?

I wouldnt've thought that the engine could breathe as well as with individual short stacks.

It works like headers on a car. If the exhaust is built right, the impulses of the individual exhuasts will help scavenge or draw out the exhaust from the other cylinders, which then helps to draw in a fresh charge to that cylinder, due to the valve overlap. That's what is known as a "tuned exhaust". We've got some smart engineers out there who thought this stuff up.
