That logo was copied from a T-33 patch (Lockheed Shooting Star--"In thrust we trust") given me by Vlado Lenoch. There's a better pic of it in the link below:

The polished tip tank tips were done by Canadian AF. I left the paint scheme, placards and small markings as they were in Canadian AF service, just did the large markings different til the makeover recently.

Thanks for the nice comments guys. If it weren't raining today, I'd pull her outside and get some more pics....on second thought I'd go flying, then take pictures. Tough to catch a break in the Wisconsin weather for winter flying this year, whew!!

1. I live dangerously, it's not a safety cap. Herman Rorschach would be disappointed in your interpretation. Perhaps it's a bit of an optical illusion. It's actually one of three spot light fixtures aimed at the disco ball in the center of the hangar ceiling (I'm not kidding). The hangover from yoga class is of a different nature but that's for "off topic".

2. You're close...Actually I had help from another warbird pilot buddy so it was so easy even two pilots putting their brains together (to make one complete brain) could do it.

3. The jeans weren't tight by the time I was done and as you can imagine, the yoga paid off in spades here.

Very nice! Looks like that last photo was taken at Mountainview judging by the CF5's sitting on the wooden trestles in the background.

Not to nudge further off topic but it looks more like the London airshow when they celebrated the 15th anniversary of the F-15 back in the early 90's. On arrival day the prototype Strike Eagle came in so low for their pass they dog legged around a tree! Fun times!
