FCC avionics certification

So i was interested in the future about getting my FCC rating under my A&P. Does anyone have any information about good schools and how much experiences i should get before i pursue such a rating? I see such a rating becoming key to the ever evolving technological times. Although i just got my A&P this is just something i have also been thinking about for the future years to come.

HEY BAX!

:) My school, Aviation Institute of Maintenance, Philadelphia, is talking about a 20 week avionics course coming up. If they schedule it for soon, I am planning to attend. They already have this class offered at their Atlanta, Ga. campus.
