Spotted at San Marcos, TX @ 1981

I don't find the 147 tail marking on anything in the WRG DB or the nifty Tora DB.

I think your right... It looked to me like N65327 but it works with 837!

Zane, I have 2 photos of N65837. One at WOH 85 with different paint job and 31-247 on tail. The second at WOH 87 with another paint job and 32-222 on tail and spats. I have it listed as c/n 74-2819, 41-10502.
