I'd agree on the B-18s, but it's definitely not a C-40. Undercarriage, nacelle, cockpit glazing and windows are all wrong. (Sorry, I'm researching the 10 & 12 family at the moment...)
Pretty sure it's the Lockheed XC-35, so there's a family connection.
