Unless I missed a photo in the group, I didn't see a PBM...

Look at this photo:

At the right of the photo there's a silver seaplane with a yellow float and yellow band around the fuselage and "U.S Coast Guard" on the side - that's the PBM. Probably scrapped soon afterwards...

That had to have been one incredible airshow! That is an amazing assortment of Navy aircraft. Many soon to be super rare types. Unless the PBM Mariner is a PBM-5A then it's not the sole survivor now at Pima. The Pima example is one of the last 28 amphib versions built and once had an N-number. All but one of the Marlins were scrapped, the last one sits outside at Pensacola.
Hard to believe the Navy once had some Piper Aztecs. Never seen one of those done up as a warbird. The C-130 is an A model with the pylons on the outboard of the engines. It also hads the funky entrance door and lots more windows than later models. Although the B model came out, I think in 1963 without any wing pylons, this A model has already been converted to 4 bladed props and the "Roman Nose" has given way to the black radome.
I don't know a lot about helicopters but the Marine ones are called "deuces " or Cayuses, and had twin R-28oo's. The last Marine example built is sitting outside at Pensacola and the last Army model is at Ft. Rucker. It seems to look a lot like a Blackhawk from that photo taken from the left quartering tail angle.
Other interesting airplanes are the brand new T-28B and the T-2A next to it. The Navy T-33 would be a TV-1, I think.

Thanks for the pointer Chris. There were a number of pics that I had trouble getting to come up in my browser at home on the Mac. I was able to see them on one of the machines at work tonight.
