A friend is in need of a Lycoming

225 engine for his Stearman. He is also interested cores as well...

2 Stearman projects left, fuselage on gear with many parts included. Continental 225 is a flat 6 I believe. You want the 220 HP Continental W670.

I thought it was a 220 myself, but Terry insists it is a 225???
will do a little research...by the way, his Stearman does have a round engine on it when I saw it last!...Thanks!!

Lycoming is a 225 I believe. How many cylinders does it have? Continental had 7.

My bad....I was thinking Continental 220....should have been Lycoming...why is it suddenly hot in here?
