OK, here's what I've been doing (see below)...these are color profiles of Hawgs representing all of the active duty USAF squadrons operating A-10's right now. Some planes shown may be wearing out of date schemes, but they should be accurate for the period of time in which they were photographed. If you think you see a glaring inaccuracy, feel free to shout out.

If anyone has any really good reference photos of hawgs in the listed units that may be more up to date than the ones shown (port side pix and close-ups of tail flash and insignia desired), send them to me and you're my new best friend.

Feel free to dice these pix up and reuse them on your own website, provided the copyright info stays attached.

I should have some of this stuff on shirts and mugs and other goodies soon. Enjoy!

The Battle Creek bird looks bang-on to me. They fly over my house on a regular basis..at least until next year, when they move to Selfridge..

I see nothing glaring...except the ubiquitous ECM pod... :)

Unfortunately, the 706th FS (Cajuns) is no more. They got hit in a BRAC list right after Katrina and got folded into the Barksdale unit.

The picture looks spot on though!

Not inaccurate, but I believe the "Flying Yankees" scheme you depicted was only applied to one aircraft in honor of their anniversary. All others are just grey.
Nice work though!

Fritz,

Great collection of profiles there.

See your PM and drop me an email, I've got a "C" model scheme for your collection, and a couple other schemes.
