Hardly, both FED-EX and UPS ordered then canceled their orders for the forehead. It will be interesting to see what a 6 year old A-380 brings on the resale market after EMERATES disposes of theirs (Emerates keeps aircraft an average of 6 years and then unloads them).

Excuse me fans of Airbus Industries, but I still prefer Boeing Company. But I loved the 3D cockpit view. They, or whoever, should do this with every aircraft. Frasca did this with his P-40. Check this out:

I like the little screen in the middle with the tail mounted camera for taxiing. Nice little feature that is.

Cheers,

dang log in thing!! scott!!! it's aggravating!! back to the airbus. i heard airbus is going to open a u.s. based manufactoring branch, any truth to that?? as to the panoramic cockpit video, i'd say that was a much needed video technique!! if that was 40 years ago the instrument panel would be many yards wide with anolog instruments!!

Tom-
See 'Boeing tanker going going...' down on page 6 posted by HGUCSU, the ERRORBUST situation was pretty well hashed over, including their pitch to 'assemble' and 'finish' airframes here in the U.S.
