Nebraska Locator

I have taken the Nebraska section of the Locator as far as I can, so I turn it over to you...

http://www.aerialvisuals.ca/Locator.php ... TheResults

You will find the “Need Help List” below. It is simply a list of locations for which I need assistance to make the data more complete. The “Need Help List” is a subset of the complete listing available via the link above and that subset includes the locations with the big red + signs. If you notice you have any info to contribute just click the red or blue + and you will be taken to a form where many of the fields will already be filled out but you can also provide corrections and/or new information. You can also post here if you would like.

I am looking forward to any assistance you may be able to provide.

Thanks in advance.

Mike

Note: Remember you can right click any of the maps to obtain coordinates of the location clicked. Often the “Need Help List” is asking for more accurate coordinates, so if you can provide those just zoom in and right click on the location to get the coordinates.

EDIT: The latest version of the "Need Help List" has been moved to amore recent post.

#4361 - Wahpeton, Wahpeton Municipal Airport - A better map reference is needed. Which hangar at the airport does Tri-State occupy?

Mahoney State Park is one turn before the museum when you exit I 80. This is a very nice park by the way.

Yep, a few people have pointed out that error since I posted. I would guess at some point I miss typed ND as NE in the notes. I don't always pay attention to where Google Earth lands.

Thanks gents.

Here is the latest revision of the “Need Help List”…

#2992 - Fairbury, Fairbury Municipal - The Google satellite images in this area are poor. The location was obtained from a aerial photo circa 1997. Can you confirm the T-33 is still there? There may also be a F-100 displayed at the airport. Can you confirm? If so where exactly is it?

#2994 - Gordon - Apparently there is an AH-1 displayed at a Legion in Gordon. Can you confirm? If so where exactly is it?
http://www.aerialvisuals.ca/LocationDos ... 994#TheMap

#3005 - Omaha, Bellevue, Offutt AFB - The C-124 at Site C is parked on the ramp. It may, or may not, still be there. Can you confirm it still exists? If so is it still in the same place? If not where is it now?
