Thanks guys! We are looking forward to Thunder as well. Lots of flying to do in the mean time though! Hey Ryan...we moved up from the Nocturne...we now stay at the Ramada across from Daytona...its a much shorter drive to the "Wing House".

I'm so stoked!!! I just checked the Collings website and found that all three bombers are coming to my home town of Tyler, TX for a 3-day stop. I am FINALLY going to get my ride in the B-24 and if I am really lucky I might be able to squeeze in a ride in the B-17 as well. This is the first time Tyler has been on the schedule and I never have been able to get away when they are close by in Dallas. It is great that they are coming for a visit here to the Historic Aviation Memorial Museum.

It looks like we'll also be bringing the UH-1E, too !

What the heck, go ahead and bring the F-4 and the A-4 as well

With three multi-day tour stops within less than 30 minutes' drive from either my home or office, it's lookin' mighty likely that I'll be takin' that B-24 ride this year! Hopefully I can get freed up for long enough to work as a volunteer at one of the tour stops as well.
Cheers!

Hope you guys pass through the Montgomery County Airpark (GAI) in Gaithersburg, MD again this year. You seem to hit it every other year and you weren't there last year...so maybe 2008 will be when you stop in again. You've made my Sundays with those fly-bys over Damascus where I live.

Fly safe Jim and I'll look for you in March...
