ROFL   DZ...how many years are you gonna tell that joke :!:

Back to the regularly scheduled programming. The Mohawk is not in a hangar....just sitting as was pictured here. Although I am trying to getting more info, the person who brought it in may be responsible for the Fougas disappearing too. More info if and when I get it.

Update,

OV-1, was at the Burnet AirSho this past weekend but was parked well away from the other statics for some reason. It may be based there now instead of Lago.

Fouga's, two are parked on the other side of the runway from where they were before, the other two are gone or inside a hangar. It appears the ramp where they were parked was just re-blacktopped, hence the reason they were moved.

Bill.

Man, what a terrible paint job on that RF-4. Wish they would have left the USAF scheme on it alone...

Update cont.

I thought this OV-1 looked familiar, so I checked and sure enough I photographed it at the Quonset Air Museum back in October 2007. The QAM website lists it currently as being out for painting. So maybe it goes back to Quonset or stays in TX, don't know.

Just remembered this old thread. 8)

Anyone know what happened to the OV-1? Is it still at Lago Vista / Burnet / elsewhere?

Mike
