Sometimes WIXer Dan Hagedorn, he of Latin American Aviation History books fame, and formerly with the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum, is moving Waaaaaaay West, to Washington State, where he will be the curator for an aviation Museum (I was told the name of the museum, but given my Partheimer's disease, I don't remember the name just now)

In any case, Dan is going to be there very soon, if he is not already there.

Saludos y'all, and Congratulations, "Tio Dan"!

That would be the Museum of Flight in Seattle. Head curator Dennis Parks is retiring.

Congrats to Dan! Wasn't the Flying Heritage Collection also looking for a curator for their new location at Paine Field?

Wow... there's been a lot of movement in the warbird world in regards to HR as of late... Gary with CAF HQ, J.D. from PSAM going to Rod Lewis' collection and now Dan!

Dear Folks,

Thanks so much for your very kind words. They are truly appreciated.

We feel SO good about this move, and for the record, one of my first objectives will be to arrange a nice sign for the Archives nd Library unit that reads "Enthusiasts Welcome Here!"

Dan

Dan
Don't forget to change your address with NATA. We're 3 hour south and get up to BFI at times.
