Nice pics of new zealand.those things lasted for sometime before they were scrapped.The p-40s lasted even longer.I think late 70s with the wings cut off.

Why the cuelty of it all! These planes should have not been touched. It would have been much more fitting to have left them in place as a tribute to all who served as "SCRAPPERS" of the world. But on second thought, maybe they are too accessible for viewing?

Quickly, move them to the jungle!
