I can neither confirm nor deny such allegations...

We are doing our part to use up the "extra" 100LL as well. I am doing the final count this week, but we are over 176,000 gallons at this point. That has to be some sort of record.

As for noise, we probably came close to the record for the most upset neighbors when we have 4 flybys of our 2000' grass strip by the F-4 Phantom in 2005. We are in a small rural town about 35 miles west of Boston, and the chief pilot was getting married here in the hangar. We got through the flyovers of the F4U and the F-4D before the police showed up. We called the B-17 and B-24 and had them stay a bit higher once the police showed up.

I'm in, only this time we gotta coordinate much further in advance with the restaurant so they don't repeat sending Beavis and Butthead's pothead cousin with the "umm sorry dude" explanation that the girls were "too busy" to make the delivery. Don't know if it'll merit an article--perhaps we should make it more of a photo essay kinda like Sports Illustrated has it's swimsuit issue that seriously examines beach fashion. Likewise, this could be first in a series of essays examining airshow cuisine. Dennison and I will get our teeth whitened and Henning can bring his big lens as always (remember the blonde bombshell getting the jet tour?).

Sounds like a plan! Story, article, photo-essay, IMAX documentary, either way, it sounds pretty darn cool.

51fixer, what's the latest update on those beautiful birds you take care of???????? I mean, obviously, what more can you tell us other than your brief synopsis? BTW, I gave up dirtbikes 20 years ago, so you can skip any reference to them!
