Somebody correct if I'm wrong, but the only Tallichet P39 that's ever flown is the one The Fighter Collection in the UK has. It was sold in the early 90s to the Museum of Flying, where volunteers assembled it. Then it was sold to The Fighter Collection and rebuilt by Fighter Rebuilders.

I don't see a connection with Tallichet, just Charles Darby, although the registry might not be correct:
