From Wiki: The Edo Aircraft Corporation were an established company who produced seaplane floats, in 1946 they designed their first aircraft the Edo OSE-1.Unusually it was designed to carry on the underwing hardpoints a rescue cell which would be capable of carrying a single person when used for air-sea rescue.

Photo #2 on the latest batch, shows one of the Seversky SEV 3M-WW that went to Colombia, and that were used in combat against Peru, during the "Leticia incident"
There is somewhere, a color photo of this airplane already in Colombia; the photo was published in one of Mr. Ethell's books.
