Just thought we could see how good WIX really is, given the knots we've tied ourselves in with the Gathering of Mustangs & Legends Mustang count... ;)

How many Mustangs (everywhere in the world) were airworthy last weekend?

What we are looking for is Mustangs that actually flew, or were 'on the button', and could be pushed out of the hangar and go flying, but didn't. (NOT ones that are normally airworthy, but are missing a prop...)

The RAAF Museum's example was good to go...

Seventy something at some show...

Several at Salinas...

What of the UK and Europe?

Airsho?

Not sure if these are all flyable at the moment but in the UK there is

Miss Velma, TFC
Ferocious Frankie, OFMC
Jumpin Jaques, Peter Teichmann
Susy, RAC (name has changed though, believe it is Darlin Ann)
Miss Helen, Rob Lamplough
Big Beautiful Doll, Rob Davies
Janie, Maurice Hammond

Also in Europe,

Old Crow, Scandinavian Historic Flight
Nooky Booky IV, based in France
darn Yankee, based in Holland
It's About Time, Biltema, based in Sweden

darn Yankee should be D.amn Yankee (without the fullstop), for some reason its censoring it.

Numb and Six shooter were in Salinas, along with a third Mustang from the pictures I saw posted.
