I loaded all these photographs on the computer today, 77 different Long Island subjects, 25 GB's photos, its almost unbelievable the number of photos. My friend must have spent months doing these....

Thanks Steve.

It's a very cool looking airplane. Now I'm going to hunt for more pictures of the type.

Cheers,

David

WOW

I was just lamenting the demise of Wings-Airpower magazine, but this thread alone is consolation! This is awesome stuff!

I know what I'll be doing for the rest of the evening! LOL

Wow, I have been blown away with your Grumman photos (still hoping you have S2F Tracker stuff!) but the SM flying boats posted in this thread are priceless! The SM55 photos in particular are fascinating to me, the construction photos really help "see" how it was made. Thanks as that is the impetus I needed to build a flying model of an SM55.

Now where did I put that 3 view I found years ago.....

Thank you, thank you and thank you! Mark

Mark I'm sorry that was it, The Grumman photographs just petered out, it was strange not many photographs of the more modern planes, a total of 2407 Grumman photographs....

No worries, the photos you're posting make it easy to look forward to the rest!

Thanks again for your time and effort in making this so readily available.

Enjoy the Day! Mark

Mgawa, you are most welcome for the link to the info on the A-12.I'm glad that you found it useful.I checked out your profile and the link that was listed there. That's a very interesting site.I'll post the link here:

The Luftwaffe seaplane pictures are particularly facinating.I also agree that armyjunk2 is doing us a great service in posting his collection for us on WIX.
