Don't know who Brad is, but the IIBs were built/assembled by Noorduyn Aviation in Montreal and did not have North American Aviation serial numbers like the II and IIA. The Harvard 4 also used a substantial amount of spare parts built by NAA in their construction. Don't have any idea of the percentage though.
