Dunno but here is a video that destorys warbirds.. well more modern ones in my opinion.
I was amazed to see how the Sa-2 missile dont just go straight up but it continusloy been altered... and then denotates on the target?
Kinda freaky to see as i know many F-4 Pilots from Vietnam who flew over NVN and saw these at times.
Sadly one of the aussies most curious losses while flying GAF Canberra Bombers when in SEA war games....while flying over South Vietnam supposely it was shot down by a SA-2 Guideline... but they were really in North Vietnam it seems.. no one will ever know the true story.

The SA-2, along with other types, is not an autonomous "fire and forget" missile. It constantly alters its track accoridng to inputs from the Target Tracking Radar (TTR), or Fire Control Radar (the latter usually associated with AAA), hence the constatnly changing track. Also, it (generally) doesn't hit the target, merely explodes in close proximity - usually enough to cause severe or catastophic damage.
