Tom, Thank you for your help. The down pilot demo was great, I loved the radio chater.

Finally got home last evening, just started to peek through some of my pics from three days at the show, these are a couple I haven't noticed as posted yet. Note the T-28 has hardware under the wings. Nice meeting those of you that I got to, and to hook up with some of you from past years. Time to catch some zzzzzz's now.

GREAT PIC's everyone!!! I finally made it back to Houston tonight... The picture of "Special Delivery" on final is FANTASTIC!!! Im guessing it was taken on Friday afternoon when we arrived.

I just wanted to thank Michael Luther and the rest of the folks from the Yankee Air Museum for their hospitality! I was able to meet up with Roger Cain and Warbird kid from the forum which was really cool.

Paul, sorry I didnt get a chance to make it down to the other end of the runway (aka: Warbird ramp) and catch up to you and check out your airplane.

I was able to get some good air to air shots on Saturday, hopefully I will have them posted later on this week.

:drink3:

Great seeing Henning, Dave Staffeldt, Roger Cain and Forgotten Field and having sdennison fly back seat with me. Sorry I missed you ElroyThis was my first Thunder and I hope to make it again next year. Thanks to Mike Luther and the Thunder/YAM staff for the great hospitality and and George Cline for an awesome job airbossin' and letting me run the T-33 fast and low twice in one day!!

I'll second that! The guys that scripted the downed pilot scenario did a great job and not just because the script called for me to shoot down a Mig-17. :D

What did it sound like to have 15 B-25's flying at once?

It sounded like WWII...

But WWII was interrupted by the Sony Playstation guy calling play by play on the heroic combat going on in the video games. I'm glad they got something that attracted the junior teen crowd, but I wish that PA system was a few hundred decibels quieter.

Wonderful photos Tim and Roger... it was very nice meeting you for the first time Roger as well. Sorry I didn't have more time to chat. Great seeing you again Mike (Henniger) too, and flying with you John (Forgotten Field)... that sure was a blast, huh?!

Thanks also to the folks who organized it all. It seemed to go more or less without a hitch, and the food was great too!

Cheers,
Richard

Did anyone get any good shots of B-25J Pacific Prowler, especially air-to-air?

Cheers!
