Right now as I write this, there's a severe t-storm watch for most of Michigan until 10 pm our time. They just had a storm go through about an hour ago but it's sunny now. The forecast for Fri-Sun is mid to upper 80s Fri and Sat, Sunday 93. No chance of rain on those days :D Bring alot of sunblock and dress cool.

At least I'll be in a tent doing dog tags. I just hope there's a nice breeze!
Have fun!

Just a quick update on Warbird Heritage Foundations F86 and T2 Buckeye arrival date. We originally were going to come in Friday afternoon, but with scheduling issues, we'll be in Saturday morning.

As of 7:30 pm, Memphis Belle, Yankee Doodle Dandy, Bearcat, Corsair, and 2 F-16's were on the flight line (or close). Blue angels C-130 was at the Yankee hanger.

Nasty storm blew thru 'bout 4pm. Nice and clear now.

The Tri-State Warbird museums B-25 flew about two hours ago, for the first time in a few years getting ready to depart for Willow Run tomorrow.

It's Ray's Bearcat. It's only here until approx. noon Friday. He's enroute to Traverse City for a show.

Just got a call from a buddy at the show who reports at least 14 B-25s on the field. That alone would be worth the trip.

THe Bearcat left around 6-6:30. I counted 14 B-25s, 2 B-17s, 2 Corsairs, pretty much everything advertised was there.

I heard Miss Mitchell depart and flying east over my house this morning on its way to Thunder. Sure wish I could be there...looking forward to many pictures hopefully being shared after the event!
