Looks like one of the C-47s at the Toncontin Airport, where the Honduran Air Force's HQ is located.
There is also a museum in the same area, and they also have at least one C-47 on display.
Of interest, in the same group of pictures, there is one of two kids sitting at a window; you can see a wing and a prop blade behind them; this would be the only Bell P-63 surviving in Honduras, on display in front of the Officers club.
I stand to be corrected on this information, and pretty soon...
