I believe this is from BuNo 59905, N6816D which burnt out on the runway at Wenatchee, Washington on 27 July 1972. Robert Kropp owns, or at one time owned, the outer wing panels from this aircraft. I photographed them at Chandler Memorial Airport in December of 1990. I don't know who has them now.

BuNo 59905 to Naval Air Reserve at Miami, FL. (NARTU Miami was established at Master Field in 1946 and disestablished June 30, 1959), 1958. Registered as N6816D, Wenairco Inc, Wenatchee, WA, 1963-1972. Flew as tanker #42. To Hawkins & Powers Aviation. W/o after it burnt out on runway, when the aircraft had caught fire in flight on a landing go-around. Flames destroyed the aft section of the fuselage forward of the tail at Wenatchee, WA (EAT), on July 27, 1972. Removed from US Civil Registry, Dec. 1977. Rear fuselage and parts noted, Buckeye, AZ, Jan. 1979
