AAF TYPE A-11 CLOCK

Since you've most likely seen all the different variations of the A-11 8 Day Clocks I was wondering if you might help me identify my variation which isn't
Maker marked and has AF US ARMY Tyoe A-11 8 Day Clock marked on the face but what makes it different is that the winder sets behind the clock face on the lower right corner at a 4 o'clock angle protruding away from and below the clock so it could never be sat on a level surface, so I'm wondering how it would be installed in an instrument panel with the winder sticking down the way it does? Thank You Mike mikem@compprime.com

Hey, that’s cool!

I know someone with a Stearman that needed an A11 overhauled. I’ll send them to your website.

Hi,
Thanks for the recent responses. I am not the expert on clocks, although I have learned much more since starting this service. If you have questions, send photos and I'll send them on to the clock maker.
