Thanks Brad for that shot...brings back a lot of memories.

Well guys I went out to the NMUSAF Restoration Facility to look at the XC-99 a couple of Saturdays ago. This of course was just before the "White Death" that now has most of Ohio in a strangle hold.

But it was still double balls cold and windier than a Chief Petty Officer complianing that there's no donuts and coffee in the Goat Locker. :wink:

But, even I would be sweating the challenge of shooting all of the those rivets back into the attach holes...MAN-O-MAN what a job !!! :D :shock: :D

Great pics!

When I took the "Behind The Scenes" tour back in December, we were told that any photography outside the hangars was absolutely verboten. Same thing when I visited the annex hangars back in May..during the security briefing we were told that if we even took out a camera on the bus, "someone" would come and "take us somewhere."
