Hi all, Corsair FAH 603 maiden flight after restoration took place this morning, 30 min flight with no issues at all, pics when I can post them, cheers, Pete

The best news that we've heard all day fm this side of the pond! Congratulations for such a fine restoration job...FAH 603 looks magnificent, like the good old days.... in its environment, graceful in the blue Aussie skies! Job well done!!

Peter Clements....ex-RAAF fighter pilot, warbird driver and all round good guy.. :drink3:

This mighty machine was approximately 17 years in the restoration was was an ex-Disney donate to RNZAF and swapped for a P-40F [now P-40E] project.

At one time c. 1955 your FAH 603 wore this scheme on the E. Coast. We 'are doing some more digging for the tail #. Photo NARA.
